Press Release issue

I emailed PTSC and Hawk Associates questions about why PTSC is not mentioned in Alliacense releases. Below is my email, followed the answer:
Hello
I have been an share owner of PTSC for many years, and have a sizeable stake. I am pleased with the direction and focus of the company in recent months.
My question is a rather simple one. Unless I am mistaken, none of the press releases issued by TPL/Alliacense or their websites mention PTSC by name. I am aware lately PTSC has been issuing its own follow-up releases, which have (unlike in the past) been timely and well written.
However, the failure to mention the company, and the insistence on only mentioning the MMP portfolio, makes it darn near impossible for potential investors to know what company to research and what stock to purchase. Why make the due diligence of potential investors that much harder?
Can you please elaborate on this for me? I would like to know if this is something arranged by agreement between the parties, company structure, etc., and whether this is something that can be addressed and rectified.
Thank you for your anticipated prompt response.
Best regards,
tps

ANSWER:
You`ve asked a good question, one that was at least partially answered in the announcement we issued about the accord that led to Alliacense`s creation and available on www.ptsc.com. Under the terms of that agreement, there are specific accords and requirements spelled out for each party - it`s our responsibility to make sure Patriot lives up to the letter and spirit of our commitments, and we`re doing that. On the other hand, we`re not privy to TPL`s obligations - they`re privately held.
Beyond that, we know it`s in the best interest of Patriot to include Alliacense in all appropriate (i.e., licensing-oriented) press releases - the goal here is to help support licensing efforts, which benefit us all, and that can best be done by giving Alliacense additional recognition.
As I noted, they are privately-held, and only issue releases that help advance their own business. We choose to always mirror their Alliacense releases with our own, so that those who track Patriot will know what`s happening related to our stock and company. This strikes us as a reasonable balance and in the best interest of Patriot and our shareholders.
