Explain who these shorts might be. Only a rank amateur would consider shorting this stock but wouldn`t be allowed to by his broker. Most of us aren`t able to short stocks below $5. Hedge funds do but it is unlikely that PTSC has attracted interest from them. It is possible that there were short positions taken in the past in the belief that PTSC would go under but they would have covered. I just don`t think shorting will be a factor for a while.
