Again from memmory.. the unpaid `milestone payments` by Intel were paid when the Inventorship litigation was settled between TPL & PTSC.. which it was. Intel is a chip manufacturer and as such paid a one time licensing fee, transaction complete when the litigation for inventorship was ended. No royalties from Intel.. unless, I would guess, they begin to pursue the manufacture of products other than just chips..
