Moxa1,

I believe you are right. That is a hugely important question since it would have profound implications for PTSC long term. Does anybody find the scenario ( the necessity for Intel to buy PTSC/TPL) painted by anlyst on RB to have any credibility? Doesn`t make much sense to me but I`m neither a lawyer nor an engineer.
