The link no longer works but based on the date it references a patent not part of the Moore portfolio.
I can find no bases on which to believe that PTSC has any part in Intelysis. TPL Group seems to have several subsidary companies. I`m afraid that TPL is moving on with the development of new processors and their stack architecture sounds a lot like Inflame. I`m not convinced that we will benefit form anything Intelysis does. They certainly don`t give any hint to a relationship in their releases.
We should have a good week especially if more contract news comes.
