Thanks for your insight. If indeed a ``conflict`` might exist between SNY and our attorneys I fail to see how this might preclude SNY from infringement... and thus a settlement or lawsuit still being pursued by PTSC/TPL. The question is how... might we hire another firm to pursue them, or are they able to negotiate a settlement sans any court action.
