What is really important here to me is the reduced likehood that we will have to face litigating this case in California. An adverse ruling in a Markman hearing or from a California judge could have had vey serious consequences. That possibility has now been greatly reduced it would seem to me. Could be smooth sailing from here. Just a bottle neck in collecting all the licenses and royalties.
