I agree that we have no indication that ptsc is involved in anyway with Intelasys.
Also I would find it highty doubtful that tpl would through
allicense/newco sue itself because as far as we know Intelasys is 100% owned by tpl. And although ptsc may find that intelasys has infringed on our patents remember that the patents are co owned by tpl who by agreement is in charge of going after infringers.
Therefore let us enjoy and thank God for what we presently have and not go off the deep end by expecting to receive any ps boost from the April unveiling of intelasys. I hope that I am wrong and that we do participate but there is nothing there that I can see.
Side note: I have been following the hirings and goings on at the intelasys web site for months now and thinking that they might have a nice investment going when they go public. But the price may be to rich as rarely has a tech startup such as this had so much internal capital to work with (read tpl`s 50% share of all these settlements) without having to go to the venture capital market and give away the shop.
God Bless
