Didn`t they get 700k warrants at each threshold? That`s 2.1M. I think you have to register above 5% ownership. I frankly don`t know what big player may have come in and that has been what is so frustrating. I can`t find any entity besides S&L that has greater than 5%. To make inferences about how this will trade we to know who the shareholders are. I think that all the time S&L was dumping on the common we were absorbing the shares and now the common is really in the hands of common investors. That would make us particularly susceptible investors sentiment/psychology. Remember the mob is out there...not in here.
