Obviously, PTSC has been and will continue to be a buy for while yet. My point was that I don`t think short term technical tools such as stochastics and direction of movement index have their same predictive value in such a situation because of the unpredictable positive news. Right now these short term technical tools say PTSC is way overbought but what would happen today if another contract with a j-3 or another chip company was announced? We will eventually consolidate gains but who can say when or where.
