ptscman - Thanks for the response... relax. I wasn`t meaning to cause a commotion and I`m not a lawyer but since I have alot of money invested here I like to ask questions from time to time. For the record I wasn`t too concerned either but wanted a clarification on the meaning of ``dismissed`` as opposed to ``dismissed without prejudice`` as it applied to PTSC/TPL/Fujitsu.
