This is really not OT at all. The settlement with NTP is huge. RIMM is up 20%, ($14) in after hours markets after incurring $612M settlement cost...it`s truly amazing.

With all of the potential PTSC lawsuits, litigation costs are the last thing patent infringers want. Right place, right time. Stars, moon and sun are in line.
