t-moto,

Actually your statement about TPL/PTSC owning patents to all microprocessors with speeds >120MZH is not all correct. That was PTSC`s belief, however, TPL states that there is no correlation between the speed of a microprocessor and the application of US`336. Can you imagine??? This is bigger than even you think my friend. Its huge....gee I`m beginning to sound like a pumper but I swear honestly its hard not too! Refer to the statement from TPL I copied for you below.

Funny thing is that PTSC probably still doesn`t know the real depth of the patents they own! Amazing! These patents dominate such a massive market that it’s unbelievable and what’s even more unbelievable is that I was able to buy shares in this company for the price of a gumball. I can’t see any other patent touching more products then that of the MMP. I get goose-bumps just thinking about it.

``US`336: Clocking CPU and I/O Separately

The MMP Portfolio is not limited to ``high speed`` microprocessors. In fact, during the past year of intense study of hundreds of various microprocessor designs, no correlation at all has been found between the speed of a microprocessor and the application of US`336. Use of US`336 is prevalent across most microprocessors from low speed microcontrollers to sophisticated systems on chips. Advertised advantages include: cost reduction, instant-on execution, failsafe operation,

EMI reduction, and power savings. It is a modern requirement from a design for test (``DFT``) perspective``.
