The case could still be settled after the 14th--the 14th is just the date on which a decision is made whether it will be heard in Tx. or in Ca.. Even if it went as far as to go to court in Ca. does not mean that we will not win the case. I think we will--I guess Fujitsu thought we would also. Good luck, ads
