As Patriot has received disbursements, the ``nothing from nobody, never`` scenario is not the worst case. Getting no further disbursements/royalties would be the worst case.

Uncertainty does remain regarding ``early berths`` and if all have since been filled...if so the second round licensing should bring in even greater disbursements than already received.

Not trying to ``pump`` as information on settlements is available, and any news, yesterday, today or tomorrow will only serve to better the worst case until all but infringers are smiling.
