D.P. is quoted in the p.r. as saying that ``...$15 million dollar`s is being set aside...`` to pay the .04 p/share dividend. That would equate to a total of 375 million outstanding shares. I thought we had only just north of 300 million shares outstanding. Quite a difference where did my math go wrong?

In any case the dividend payout is welcome news in that it tells us there is big money in the bank we just don`t know (yet) just how much.

I am looking forward to seeing a lot of you at the shareholder mtg in April (Ron, Brian, Lars, ptsc.., et al) and as this is my city please let me know if there are any questions any of you may have of where to stay or go in San Diego to spend all of your patriot dollars.
