I respectfully disagree. I think this is exactly the way to grow a company whose main product to date is intellectual property. What better way to instill the kind of market confidence that spurs investment than to indicate that we have cash (I believe lots of it), no debt, and a willingness to reward shareholders. BTW, who says that PTSC is not keeping cash back for diversification? We simply don`t know the facts required to make that broad statement. JMHOFWIW
