OK, what we have learned today

1. dividends could be par for the course.

2. company is on course and agreements could be in the works still, however maybe slower than some wish.

3. We don`t have the cash yet on the last deals, so that answers that 8k question, so don`t look so quick next time for the $ to be handed over from TPL right along with the anouncement of a deal.

4. We suspect the compnay is looking foward to this years

SHM.

5. We are a happy bunch of baby sa-boomers.
