That`s why we`re at $1.69 instead of $5.69... there are serious questions yet to be answered about our future. Many are concerned simply about the March 14th venue hearing... personally I don`t think it matters one whit where we end up since a jury trial is called for and I do believe we have the preponderence of evidence on our side in any event. It`s entirely possible (although not probable IMO) that other companies will choose a court battle rather than settle. I`m really playing devils advocate because in reality I really, really like were we sit in the scope of things. This could get interesting fairly quickly.
