Ron:

On the surface that argument would seem to be very inoffensive to the court. I`m sure that`s right from the ``Transfer to another jurisdiction that is more favorable to us`` playbook. However, if I`m the judge, I see right through that argument. Additionally, what to my mind has not been sufficiently raised here, is that the Judge may very well find this case very interesting and possibly either/or set precedent or notoriety.

The case will be watched closely by big business and his reasoning (assuming he decides the case), may very well go down in legal textbooks/referrals for future cases. Human nature tells me, he might not be averse to seeing his name mentioned in the ``Patent Case of the Century``, judging by the financial exposure should he rule in PTSC`s favor. Judges like to be promoted, too..Bigger case, more exposure, notice by his peers...Who knows?

I firmly believe the case will stay in California forjust the reasons you stated earlier. Additionally, if he is ``Pro-business``, he may interpret TPL`s attempt to move the case to Texas is not for altruistic reasons and is very transparent..Faster hearing and potentially enormous damages to the J3 immediately and precedent set for future licensees.

We shall see..;)
