I could argue for a share buyback vs. 3 more cents in a dividend making all my shares free. How bout both! LOL. A proliferation of signings could spur a buyback. My support would be stronger if a buyback was used as a stock dividend. It`s a dream, I know. 30 mil shares would be $50mil+ at today`s prices.
