No matter how they disguise it, any judge worth his robe will decipher why TPL wants it moved to Texas in a NY minute..J3 reasoning is more believable on the surface and the judge may be more easily persuaded to let the case proceed in CA accordingly. The odds are not in PTSC favor IMHO.
