Oh, I think many here know the smell of poorly run boards -- RB comes mind. Since many are also EDIGers, they know twice the stench.

I hope you are right about a NAZ listing someday, but my guess is we are a long way from that point. Today, PTSC does not meet the minimal requirements, but we can hope.

I`m not convienced tomarrow`s court appearance and possible decision is the end all. Once an opinion is issued from the bench, the next steps would seem to matter much more. However, as far as I know, there is nothing stopping TPL from issuing a PR if another deal is completed.
