ease - We may not get a ruling today, it all depends on whether or not the judge has had the time to review the case and render one. Could take weeks (although I doubt it). What I`d really like to see is a move to postpone the hearing due to sincere negotiations between the parties and/or news on another company settleing with us. I`m not asking too much am I?
