Someone posted here a while back that LG has moved on and is with a new publicly traded company of which I forget the name. This was right after he got fired from PTSC. So if he is still there I would rule out that he really need the cash. Even though he no longer connected with PTSC I still find it strange that he is selling shares. If it means anyhing he sold most before the run-up and seems to be holding off on his planned sales.
