Although there are still possible outcomes for these folks such as a positive outcome in court in tx, or barring that a return to ca and or appeals the chances for a successful outcome for them has diminished.

Imo because of their foot dragging I think the price tag for their infringement has just increased. In addition the possiblities of them settling out of court has improved significantly. Instead of tens of millions in a settlement a trial in tx (or if it had been in ca) would have the potential of costings them many times that. So we have seen the light in regard to the court now

``we shall see`` where that light leads.

As far as I am concerned this is great news.
