but we do have some solid facts.

1. we co-own a remarkabke patent that is virtually infringed upon worldwide.

2. some of the tech giants have already paid for use

of the patent.

3. we have no debt or overhead....everything goes to the bottom line.

4. we are profitable.

just these ``knowns`` alone should be worth lots more than $1.50.
