I don`t disagree at all. I had never considered that might be the case. I don`t think that this supreme court situation pertains to technology--it pertains to the medication/food industry.If there are private individuals who want to sell technology patents, they should be allowed too, IMHO. It would be nice if the law limited it to them selling to publlic companies only--that would put them in the hands of the general public (so to speak) and put a damper on private companies who could make it difficult and expensive for co.`s wishing to use the tech..
