The nice thing about the MMP is that nobody has patented any of it... there has never been a dispute as to the validity of the patents or who owns them... Intel designed their chips using them but low and behold... they never did patent the variable system clock although they took out a patent on everything they could. Hmmm.... I wonder why that is... NOT!
