I suppose the J-3 could continue their delaying tactics but they have lost the advantage. It reminds me of a fishing trip years ago. I had caught a mess of fish. I was tired, hot and didn`t want to clean them. There was a fellow at the dock who cleaned the fish for a fee. I asked him how much he would charge me. He said it would be twenty five cents a fish. I complained that was too high. He responded that they would now be thirty five cents each. Again I complained that his price was way to high. His response was that it would now cost me fifty cents. I got his point and paid the fifty cents a fish.
