What an insightful article and wonderful DD on your part. I think it explains in plain language--without a patina of legalese--why the J3 were so anxious to avoid litigating in Marshall, Texas.

The implications of the recent venue hearing victory are monumental to PTSC`s near-term future--and perhaps beyond that as well.
