I didn`t post that for Judge Ward to read--it is just another article that has been printed that any investor should be aware of. I might remind you that you have posted several times that the change in venue has increased our chances of winning the case if it does go to trial. I certainly don`t think Ward reads the message boards---and I was certainly not crowing--I am fully aware that anything could happen. Good luck, ads
