Why do you think we are only at 1.60 and not 3 or 4 dollars right now......The proof is in the Markman Hearing comming up sometime in the future. Only thing you can see now is the fact that there are agreements already signed. Look at the $`s earned when they are announced, that has not happened yet either, we are looking for royalty payments from system level companies.
