IMHO, where you are wrong is the 5 years, I believe that a deal made to pay royalties could continue to pay the royalties for as long as the product is sold.....I see the 2015 date as the ``must use or loose the patent`` date. A deal is a deal.....royalties can continue way past 2015.

But FutTheWuk do I know...LOL
