Our proxies are due any day now. I have a feeling that all shares that can be retired will be retired. I hope that the proxy lays out a plant to get us off of the OTC exchange and onto another one. Notice that any mention of Jim Turley being on ou board was missing from that article? Nothing about what TPL is doing at this time was mentioned either. IMHO, the author has not done his homework.
