I think you both have some valid points but it occurs to me that Leckrone (aka TPL/Allicense) has at the present time a number of pokers in the fire and might be looking for the biggest bang for the buck.

On April 4th, Intelasys is due to present it`s next generation chip and Lec might be either too busy to ink new Allicense settlements or he might want to put TPL`s name on the financial page several times over a short period of time. Either way I think we will be receiving news soon.

Now if you all will excuse me I am off to the beach before doing any serious work. Storm is coming in and the surf is up!
