It must be settlement news on the way! Looking at some of the info earlier today (while doing DD), it looks to me like our tech has been used by more than I thought. It is amazing to me that some of our mngt. didn`t try harder to fight when they saw it being used. IMHO, Giff was just looking out for himself--enjoying being paid by Swartz and Jeff was a softie. I am surprised that Giff didn`t sell the farm---guess that would have stopped his paycheck, however. I am hoping that we see setttlement with NEC soon--they have 50% mkt. on UWB wireless. GL, ads
