I think that Intel, HPQ, AMD, and all those who have settled did actually use the 336 and possibly other patents of ours. I think that the pulse-link connection shows us that our tech is needed right now with what is going on in the industry----and I am hoping that that is what Intelasy`s is working on. (I still think that Intelasys will be using the patents and we will be entilted to 1/2 of royalties from that). I remember that companies could not get together on bluetooth/uwb. I am reading some of the recent news as ``they are getting together now`` and that looks good for PTSC`s patents going forward.( that is aside from the infringment cases).
