Heard from my cousin Vinnie today... He believes Higgins should be allowed to testify as he was a witness to the process & doesn`t beleieve a-c priv applies... Of course this is strictly FWIW as it is only an opinion.. I did tell him the situation as nonbiasedly as I could and did not inform him which side I supported..
