Kramer`s picks usually get a quick pop up which knee-jerks out the sellers. I have heard there are shorts who play off his picks. From 7/28/05 to 3/31/06 his portfolio performance is 8.7%. While it beats the markets, I`m not impressed by averaging 1% a month. I could do without his rec IMO.
