In that case, we may have no hope but to hang on to the coat-tails of the very ones who would be out to screw us around--If that turns out to be the case, do you think that we could ever trust them to treat us fairly in any of the law suits? I would be concerned that when they start the roll out on this ( Intelasy`s Project), the law suits could take a back seat--and may eventually be dropped as they are very time consuming and costly--and, what the heck, TPL would be making enough money on their own and would not need to waste time on law suits. Let us hope that they will be fair---they are now working with Intel, AMD, HPQ, and others--if they (TPL) sets that kind of an example--who do you think that the NEXT co. would be to license--and how do you feel any Judge would feel about that situation?
