The intelasys unveiling is just taking place now, we no nothing else.

Jim Turley is not an employee of Ptsc he is on the board.

To date there has been no indication that intelasys is using the mmp portfolio in their new chip.

Ptsc & Tpl own the mmp portfolio jointly. Intelasys is a separate entity. If and I say if intelasys is using the mmp portfolio then imo there may be some infringement there but I do not know that to be the case and I will allow Leckrone and DP to work that one out.
