The Fish Family trust...a question

Didn`t the 2.1M share recent filed under the 144 represent the last of the shares held in trust?

Years ago, wasn`t there some actions/other 144`s that were filed which allowed for for the division of shares and their later independent control....or was that the Falk estate?

Anyone happen to have that information? For some reason, this strikes me about the 2002/2003 timeframe...?

Fuzzy thinking, it was on my mind driving home tonight....

Anyone want to venture a stab?
