Well JohnnyBlack... I like the way you think now lets see if it becomes a reality. I LOVE our position with the J3... right venue (Texas!), right set of patents (solid IMO) and the right firm (T&T) representing our interests. I don`t see this getting to an actual trial... the J3 will most likely settle but my guess is they will drag it out as long as they can, especially now that we probably told them their deep discounts are off the table. Like everyone I`d love to see more settlements in the mean time... SNE would work. LOL! Even a good 8k or 10q would be nice... and reverse the decline we are in at present. Anyway I`m holding.... if the MM`s want to fill the only gap that hasn`t been filled at $.87 I`ll be a big buyer at $.90. They just might try and get there barring any news... ya just gotta believe!
