I have been out since midmorning and am pleased to get back and see the proxy posted. I was concerned as to why it was late--I know that DP said in one PR that it would be mailed by end of March. I have barely had time to check it over and plan to look closer tonight or in the morning.

I would imagine that the ``informative sessions`` will outline where we (as a company) are going. Should be a good shareholder`s meeting.
