I personally believe that PTSC is a good candidate for a reverse split. It`s the quickest way to lower outstanding shares. Most companies that implement reverse splits are not healthy enough financially to support the new post-split price. I believe PTSC could, and with the transfer to a reputable exchange could attract a lot of interest from financial institutions.
