We`re due a 10-Q aside from the 8-K`s. Last time it took almost two months for the 10-Q. Why? What are the SEC rules? Where is the responsibility to the shareholder? It`s not like there`s a big manufacturing conglomerate here, it a smattering of emloyees and bookkeeping.
