The reason there is resistence at the 1.70 level is that more than a third of the float turned over at that level in a five day period. Many of those shares were bought by new comers who may not be as convinced as the long termers of the potential here. Hence, there will be selling when they can break even. Obviously, major news would restore the excitement and we could break to new highs. By the way, TA has been accurate of late. I believe that it is your impression that TA has signaled news in PTSC before it was released. I have studied this pretty carefully and just don`t see the evidence. Often, volume will signal an upcoming news event but that hasn`t been the case for PTSC.

In other words, TPL and PTSC are keeping tight control over the release of news. Many keep trying to predict when the next release will come but nobody has. It does seem reasonable to assume that the company will release whatever favorable news they have before the SHM.
