Ron is right in that there has been no court dates set, yet. We do not know what is going on behind the scenes but I think we can be sure that there is activity.
I would imagine that infringers are holding onto their settlements until the last moment, jockeying for position and hoping that the other guy - us - will blink first.
Patience is a virtue, after all these years I am trying to practice what I am preaching.
