I think `guidance` is reserved for those entities having more predictable revenue streams flowing from mature product lines where the variability and volatility are lessened and thus easier to predict based on general economic data and competitive analysis within a market sector.

As for us, our revenue is derived from heretofore unprecedented license sales (and hopefully royalties), and same are subject to rather unpredictable legal negotiations and meneuverings. As such, I doubt that we will ever get REAL guidance, save for the cryptic kind which is deftly included these PR`s.
